3D Printing has been around for many years now, close to 40 years. But it has not been a method of manufacturing or design concept proofing to the general public until about 15 years ago. Back then, as it still is now, the open-source RepRap lead the path to most of the FDM 3D Printers that were and still are available now. These are DYI 3D printers, and as time went on, many markets opened up, for the new 3D Printer manufacturers. World wide there is an ever growing market for 3D Printers and 3D Printing and Design work.

GA is the initials for Greg Ashley, the founder and owner of GA3D Printing. He has many years experience in Mechanical design and has certificates in Electronics. A Mechanical Engineer by trade, he has worked in the programming and operations of large CNC Machine Centers and Laths. So he has a long history in both the Design Programming and Automation of Manufacturing within the Mechanical Design Industry.

With this Mechanical Design history Greg Ashley researched the growing popularity of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) through 3D Printers and felt that the time was right to get involved with 3D Printing. About 8 years ago he purchased his first 3D Printer, and continued to grow his knowledge through Reading, Designing and 3D Printing.

Over the years of being involved with 3D Printing, Greg has serviced and repaired many different makes and models of 3D Printers. With this hands on experience, he wanted to create a Website that will allow interested people, a platform to contact him, while he moves forward in both 3D Printed Design work and the 3D printed end product.

This website will have FDM information gathered over the years, all can be read in the Blog section of this website. A place to purchase our initial primary product named BellaBree Litho Lamp. You will be able to purchase the completed BellaBree Litho Lamp as a gift for a loved one, (available in Australia only). Also the parts to assemble the lamp by yourself. Also the STL files will be made available, at a cost, so that you can 3D Print the lamp on your own 3D Printer. If you are in Australia, we will have a 3D Print service, where you can send us your STL file, and we will print the 3D object for you! Along with our 3D Printing service we will also make available 3D design work, that you can then print on your own 3D Printer.

We have printed many products over the years. 28mm miniatures, larger models, educational 3D Printed objects, those special gifts that can only be 3D Printed! Practical objects, that break or wear out and you can no longer purchase. Puzzles that amaze and stimulates the mind! Modifications to existing 3D Printers only to enhance the 3D Printer's performance. Most of the 3D Printed objects that we print we also design ourselves.
